To cultivate is to nurture - to harmonize with ourselves and discover practices in which we hope to thrive - to explore this existence through a continuous cycle of study, growth and renewal.
Cultivate Yoga Avon exists to cultivate community and to nurture the infinite unique journeys that occur within us all by offering GIFT-BASED YOGA to EVERYONE who walks through our doors.
At Cultivate Yoga Avon, we are uniquely positioned to serve the people of Lorain and surrounding counties who may not have access to a high quality and affordable yoga practice.
Of course, everyone is always welcome to join us - no matter where you live!
We recognize the need for pure acceptance and love of the entire self at the individual-level. We believe that, in cultivating this practice, we all benefit - the collective consciousness is heightened and love for all beings continues to manifest throughout.
We believe that the complete practice of yoga can guide individuals on their journey of self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-healing.
We are here to provide a loving space with experienced guides that can hold space for EVERY individual who desires to cultivate their own unique yoga journey with us.
We believe in yoga because yoga has helped to shape each one of us - our purpose is to serve by cultivating each being’s journey as they embark, bravely, down their own unique path.

Our Cultivate Yoga Avon is special - not only aesthetically… energetically! We cultivate love and respect for our beautiful space and for all of the beautiful beings who join us within it. This loving energy infuses every atom of space that we share - you can feel it when you walk through our doors - even if it’s your very first practice with us. We hold space for EVERYONE to discover their yoga home - where you are completely free to breathe, to learn, to laugh, to connect and to fully love yourself and your journey.

Whether you’re new to Cultivate or a seasoned Cultivator, you can always find our studio etiquette HERE
CLEANING & SANITATION
We promise to keep our space clean for our community to foster a safe home for your yoga practice.
This includes:
An HVAC system that is constantly exchanging outdoor fresh air into our space
Cleaning our entire space with natural, disinfecting agents during class downtime
Disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer are available to use at will

WE NEED YOUR HELP
ALL students must acknowledge a liability waiver before coming to practice with us, which will include a Coronavirus/COVID-19 clause. The waiver should launch automatically via MINDBODY when you sign up for your first class with us. Please take the adequate time to properly review the waiver before signing.
If you are not feeling well please DO NOT come to class - your health and the health of our community is more important than anything.
