This class is designed for those that want movement paired with a sound-healing experience. The room is gently warmed to support ease, fluidity and comfort. You’ll move through breath‑linked sequences that build presence, strength and mindful awareness.
Class includes elements of breathwork and postures, with space to make the practice as energizing or as grounding as you need.
Your practice will be sealed with an extended, deeply restorative savasana, guided by a soothing sound bath (singing bowls, gong, chimes, etc.) to help you settle, release and reset.
