From basic Sanskrit sounds, to learning the six guidelines of mantra chanting this class offers rhythm, melody and meditative techniques to enhance your subtle body. You don’t need a singing or musical background, just active listening. Print outs available upon arrival, and voice recordings provided for personal practice.
This non-asana class is a chance to dive deeper into the practice of chanting—focusing the mind, regulating the breath, calming the nervous system and creating an emotional shift. PLUS, chanting in community, much like our Kirtan, creates connection and unified energy.
