In this class expect a beginner‑friendly experience that invites you to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself. This is a wonderful place to start your yoga journey—or to unwind after a long day.

We spend most of the practice on the ground, moving gently and intentionally. With a steady focus on breath, you’ll transition softly from one pose to the next, easing tension and preparing the body for deep rest.

The first part of class features slow stretching and grounding shapes on the mat, helping you settle into your body and release stress. We then shift into a guided meditation designed to support relaxation, inner peace and emotional clarity.

This class is meant to introduce you to the world of yoga and meditation in a safe, soothing, accessible way—no experience needed. Come as you are!
