Through intentional breathing patterns, gentle coaching and mindful awareness, you’ll create space in the body, calm the mind and unlock a deeper sense of presence.

While there are many styles of breathwork, a common thread across all three offerings at Cultivate Yoga is Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB). CCB is a controlled, rhythmic breathing pattern that can create powerful shifts in the mind, body and emotional landscape. Reduced stress and anxiety, improved respiratory function, mental clarity, increased vitality, emotional regulation and a deeper sense of connection—to oneself and to the world around us—are just some of the potential benefits.
